Hey there,
I'm teaching two basic (waist hooping) classes this weekend. One for the East Bay peeps and the other for the SF peeps. All the details are here. tinyurl.com/lokmjs
I'm especially encouraging wallflowers, shy types, anti-socials, and just plain old "I never been able to hoop" whiners to join the class. So if you or someone you know fits one of these types, visit my sign-up page -- tinyurl.com/lokmjs, and register for the weekend class now.
And, for this weekend only, sign up with a friend and you save. The Sunday East Bay class ends at 1:30 and is near BART so you can easily hop a train and join up with BAH at Pride. And what could be better then being able to maintain your own thing with the rest?

I saw that some of you were still looking to learn hooping after the June date listed, and maybe some of you just couldn't make that date. (Em - I do have your info thanks!)
