Hi,

I had to cancel my upcoming classes this week, Basic Hoop & Mindful Hooping. I will have the next Mindful Hooping class on 9/29 on Oakland at 925 45th Ave,Oakland, CA, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

If you don't drive, you can easily get to the place walking from the Fruitvale Bart Station.

I would also love to have volunteers help me create a beginner's version of Mindful Hooping. If you volunteer you get to a) help me create the beginner's class and b) get two free classes.

I will be at the Power to the Peaceful Festival in Golden Gate Park tomorrow; Look for the purple hoop with hot pink stripping. Find me and I'll sign you up.
